NOTIFICATION

S.O. 421(E). - In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests No. S.O. 88 (E), dated the 6th February, 1997, namely :-

In the said notification in paragraph 2, item (ii) shall be omitted.
